Magle Chemoswed is a contract development and manufacturing organization based in Sweden. It serves companies in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry on a contract basis to provide services from product development to manufacturing. It has a strong track record of successfully bringing their own and customer products to market.
Megi Medzmariashvilli, Legal Counsel at Magle Chemoswed, is responsible for multiple different types of contracts Including quality and clinical trial agreements. Originally all contracts were stored on an internal server and extraction of client lists and metadata was impossible. This made it hard to maintain oversight of the agreements, especially when it came to contract governance.
