Tell us about your career path and how you ended up at SYKE?
I started off working in Sales for HighQ, working my way from a Business Development Rep through to an Account Executive across 2-3 years. After the acquisition of HighQ by Thomson Reuters, I continued as a Legal Software Solutions Specialist (fancy way of saying sales) for a year, before joining SYKE in March 2021.
How would you describe the working culture?
The working culture is great! It’s my first experience of complete remote working, so it wasn’t as easy ‘getting to know’ everyone as you can’t just pop around the office and introduce yourself. Although the team are spread across the UK, and globally, we’ve started making a big effort on those of us in London to have meet-ups once a month.
What’s surprised you about working here?
Having worked with SYKE on some deals while I was at HighQ, I was surprised at how much the company has grown since then. So many great people working here from all over the world who are always more than happy to help wherever they can.
