SYKE is delighted to announce the appointment of Tyson Ballard as Head of Consulting. He will be leading a high calibre team of expert consultants including Sarah Barratt-Vane, Vicky Lockie, Wayne Roberts, Emma Sharpe, Joanne Chuang and Alyssa Kokilah also joins him from Cognia.

Tyson brings a wealth of experience working with in-house legal and law firms for over 12 years; including roles at Cognia, Clifford Chance, Integreon, and more.
His consulting background includes legal operations, complex transformation programs, digitisation designs, and technology-enabled continuous improvement to create legal departments of the future.
He is Prince II certified, and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, with expertise in developing continuous improvement programs.
As a serial entrepreneur, he has founded and co-founded multiple companies in the automotive, hospitality, electronics, and surf industry all with a sustainable environmental focus.
