Emma is a Senior Legal Designer – her background as a lawyer helps her to understand the issues clients are facing because she’s probably faced them all herself! She helps clients understand where the problem is that needs fixing if they can’t see it clearly from within the mire and articulate the problem they want to solve. Emma also helps them to see the possibilities for how things could be done and decide what “good” would look like for the legal team and for the business. She then works with others in SYKE to find and design the right solution.
Emma is based in Cheshire, UK.
